HRI - isolatie bewakingsrelais

HRI-R22t

FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLE

Insulation resistance is measured by applying a direct current signal between the isolated line and earth: the level of insulation can be determined by measuring the leakage current to earth. HRI-R22t ensures an effective measurement of the insulation resistance even in the presence of strong interference and high harmonic or direct-current components, due to its sophisticated digital filter.

PROGRAMMING

The device offers broad programming possibilities through its microswitches for threshold setting.

COMPLETE MONITORING OF ALL ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS

HRI-R22t tests the thermal and electric overload of the insulating transformer, managing one PTC probe. The electric overload monitoring of the medical transformer can also be tested by connecting a current transformer and setting appropriate alarm thresholds. The alarms can be controlled remotely by connecting up to four PR signalling panels.

SELF TESTING SYSTEM

Error-Link Fail system checkes that the terminals are connected correctly: it prevents the possibility to operate.

HRI-R40

FUNCTIONING PRINCIPLE

Insulation resistance is measured by applying a direct current signal between the isolated line and earth: the level of insulation can be determined by measuring the leakage current to earth. HRI-R40 ensures an effective measurement of the insulation resistance even in the presence of strong interference and high harmonic or direct-current components, due to its sophisticated digital filter.

PROGRAMMING

The device offers broad programming possibilities through its user-friendly digital display menu and four selection keys.

COMPLETE MONITORING OF ALL ELECTRICAL PARAMETERS

HRI-R40 tests the thermal and electric overloadof the insulating transformer, managing both PT100 or PTC probes.

HRI-R40

  • Quality: the recognized standard in hospital
  • Specialization: properly designed for hospitals
  • Completeness: all electrical and thermal parameters controlled by a single device
  • Flexibility: adjustable thresholds according to the parameters monitored
  • Strength: high resistance to network interference

HRI-R40 measures permanently the resistance to earth in IT-M circuits and thermal and electrical overload of the insulating transformers for medical use, complying completely with the requirements of the international Standards: IEC 61557-8, IEC 60364-7-710 and UNE 20615

PR-5

The PR remote signalling panel enables to contro lthe alarms from the insulation monitoring devices from remote. Alarms shall be delivered to all rooms under supervision of medical or technical personeel.

The PR panels provide an acoustic and luminous indication for low isolation or thermal and electric overload. In addition, they have a TEST button to check their operating status and a pushbutton for turning off the acoustic indication provided by the embedded buzzer. They are assembled in universal 3-module flush-mounted boxes.

  • Compact: narrow dimensions
  • Easy: it can be installed in a common 3 modules flush mounted box
  • Reliable: it is immediate to recognize the fault type
  • Comfort: all PRs in parallel shall bemuted in a single touch
  • Efficiency: both visual and acoustic signalling

HRI-R24

HRI-R24 tests the earth insulation of 24 V a.c./d.c. circuits and is particularly suitable for medic allocations (IT-M systems) in which both 24 V and 230 V lines are present; in these environments, it is important to have a permanent control of the low voltage line as, in the event of a fault or short-circuit, this line could transfer a potential of over 250 V with consequent damage to equipment and people.

HRI-R24 measures the variation in potential of the two network polarities with reference to earth in order to signal when insulation drops below a set value, identifying thefaulty pole in direct current. The output signal can be connected to the remote signalling panel PR, to be installed in the rooms powered by the controlled line. The alarm threshold can be adjusted using microswitches.

  • Flexibility: programmable alarm threshold
  • Intelligence: recognition of faulty polein direct current
  • Compact size: fits into just 3 modules
  • Practicality: extremely simple to installand use
  • Integration: ideal complement for HRI-R40

HRI-R40W

When it is necessary to guarantee safety and service continuity and avoid interruptions in power supplies, for example in hospitals and other medic allocations, it is mandatory to use insulation transformers intended for medical use and an insulation monitoring devices which detect and signal any possible first fault to earth.

FOR HIGHER SAFETY

With HRI-R40W it is possible to operate even inenvironments affected by heavy ripples and harmonics. Further more it can be integrated with supervising systems and PC/PLC networks thanks to its RS485 serial port with ModbusRTU protocol. The measurement of the maximum and minimum values of each parameter is an helpful information to understand the cause of the fault. Finally the programmable output relay allows to manage everyfault condition.

ADVANTAGES OF HRI-R40W

  • Reliability and safe monitoring underevery environmental condition, thanks to the digital measuring signal
  • Integration: with supervising systems through ModbusRTU protocol via RS485 serial port
  • Fault analysis by means of the measurement of the maximum and minimum values
  • Complete control of any alarm thanks to the programmable relay

HRI-R40W measures permanently the resistance to earth in IT-M circuits and thermal and electrical overload of the insulating transformers for medical use, complying completely with the requirements of the international Standards: IEC 61557-8, IEC 60364-7-710 and UNE 20615.
